Surapid Elevator Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 速捷电梯有限公司) is a Chinese elevator manufacturer based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China which specializes in complete elevators and escalators. It is one of the wholly owned subsidiaries of New XI'AO Elevator Group, and was established in 2011.

Trivia[]

  • Otis's Gen2 belt ropes and gearless machine are used by this company due to fact that Xizi (the parent company) once had a joint venture with Otis.
  • Because Surapid is a subsidiary of Xizi, all technologies and components used are from Xizi. These components are made by Xizi's different subsidiaries specialize in elevator components, these are Xizi Forward (for traction machines), Xizi Optimax (for controllers), Xizi Trust (for door operators and systems), and so on.
  • One of Surapid's gearless hoisting machine used in their Victor MRL elevators resembles Kone EcoDisc[3][4].
