Sigma Solon Premium, formerly Solon NV is a machine room less traction elevator model of Sigma Elevator Company.
Description[]
Solon Premium is a successor of the original Solon model which was produced from the 2000s until 2012 or 2013. It was initially launched as Solon NV before it was renamed to Solon Premium in 2019. Like its successor, it is designed for low to mid rise buildings. It no longer divided into Solon Standard and Solon Comfort as all the specifications have been combined together into one model. Solon Premium is one of Sigma's two MRL models currently in-production, the other one is Muse NV which is their version of Otis Gen2-Regen.
It was also available at some point in South Korea as 1-SL[1], but branded as Otis[2] since the Sigma trademark is only used for overseas markets. This is because Otis Elevator Korea had shut down its Changwon factory (where it was originally a factory of GoldStar) in 2013 and production moved to China, so most elevators that were installed in South Korea between the early and late 2010s came from China. As of 2019, it has been discontinued from South Korea.
