Shenyang CNYD Brilliant (or simply known as Brilliant Elevator or BLT, Chinese: 博林特) is a Chinese elevator company from Shenyang, China. Founded on September 2001, it is a subsidiary of Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group in China. It is one of the largest self-owned elevator manufacturers in China.

Incidents and accidents
2016 Bukit Panjang elevator malfunction
In June 2016, a Brilliant elevator installed by EM Services in Block 150 Petir Road HDB in Bukit Panjang, Singapore malfunctioned, injuring a 59-years old woman. The elevator was reported to have over-ran; when the elevator reached the ground floor from the ninth floor, it suddenly went up to the eleventh floor and then down to the third floor before went back up again to the twelfth floor. After the incident, the elevator was suspended by the Holland-Bukit Panjang Town Council (HBPTC)[6]

- In 2007, BLT and the Housing and Development Board (HDB) in Singapore had a contract to install the elevators in 3 batches for the Lift Upgrading Programme which were branded as EM Services.
