Bionic (known as CO-BX for internal code) is a Schindler microprocessor traction elevator controller. This control system is made since the late 1990s.
Overview[]
This is an AC variable voltage, variable frequency microprocessor elevator controller. Firstly used on the Schindler Smart MRL, then Schindler 3300 elevators as well as other similar models such as the Schindler 3100 and possibly Schindler 6200 and 6300, and very rarely, modernisations of older elevators (Schindler 5300). The only known versions of Bionic so far are Bionic 1 and Bionic 5.
