Samil Eltec is a Korean company that manufactures elevator control systems, motors and other equipment. The company was founded in 1992 and currently based in Hwaseong City, South Korea. It manufactures elevator components like controllers, floor indicators, inverters, motors and other stuffs for other elevator companies, particularly in Asia, for new installations and modernization regardless of brand.

Usage[]
Almost every Samil products, particularly the SICON microprocessor controllers and occasionally fixtures are used in generic elevators in South Korea and other Asian countries. They are used for new installations and modernization.
The SICON controllers are often used in Sigma Iris elevators, Malaysian Dover elevators & Shinyou elevators as an option, as well as Louser elevators in Indonesia, most (Northern) Fuji elevators in Malaysia, Samsung Eltech elevators in the Philippines, & some Schindler elevators in South Korea.
