Otis Spec Eco is an elevator model of Nippon Otis produced since 2001 and exclusively sold in Japan.
Overview[]
Otis Spec Eco was launched in 2001 and it is powered by water hydraulic, without machine room, fire extinguisher and oil barrier. The liquid used in this elevator model is made from 10-25% Additive, 35-45% Glycol and 40-45% water. Spec Eco is reducing the impact on the environment as much as possible. The pit depth does not require a large space, requiring at least 150 mm of depth. Its machine room less design extends usable space for other purposes. It can also reduce the construction cost. It is suitable for both new and existing buildings.
