Otis Gen360

Otis Gen360 is a machine room less traction elevator model by Otis Elevator Company. It is existing a Otis Gen2, Otis Gen360 it includes in Otis ONE, Otis' IoT connective digital platform service. Introduced in 2021.

Overview[]

The Otis Gen360 adds new features eCall app, eView digital display, touchless technology and more. It was announced in December 15th, 2021. along the Otis Gen3 (Gen2 with Otis ONE), and is currently available in Austria, Belgium, France and some other parts of Europe. The Otis Gen360 has new features are ambiance square hall fixtures^[2]. Otis Gen360 competes with Kone's DX Class, Schindler's 1000/3000/5000 and EOX by TKE in the "digital elevator platform" segment.
