Otis Europa 2000 was Otis's low rise elevators produced in Europe. It was launched sometime in the early 1980s and was discontinued in mid-late 1990s and succeeded by Otis 2000. The Europa 2000 (as the name implies possibly) was mainly sold in Europe; though it also had been sold in Asia (though rare) as well as the Middle East.
