Nova Elex (stylised as novaelex, formerly Elex S.r.l. or Elex Lifts) is an Italian elevator manufacturer based in Montodine, Italy. Initially established in 1985 as Elex S.r.l., it was reformed in 2016 as Nova Elex (literally means "New Elex" if translated) by a group of investors who wanted to "revive" the Elex company to the elevator market. It now manufactures passenger, freight, special type and home elevators.

In Hong Kong, China, the old Elex company merged with Anlev Escalator in 2008 to form Anlev Elex Elevator Ltd., which is now part of Hong Kong based Analogue Group (ATAL Engineering).
