Motion Control Engineering (MCE) is an American company that manufactures elevators, elevator or escalator controllers, and elevator parts. MCE was founded in 1983, and was initially part of Kinetek Inc. at some point. Since 2012, it is a subsidiary of Nidec Corporation, a Japanese manufacturer of electric motors.
