MAD Elevator Fixtures is a Canadian company that makes elevator fixtures and cabs, and one notable button that is used is the BS series button, since it's used by ThyssenKrupp as their vandal resistant button. As of early 2020, GAL is a manufacturer of all of their fixtures.

History

MAD Elevator Fixtures was established in 2005 as part of a joint-venture between the Italian elevator fixtures company DMG and Mainline Industries Corp., a Canadian custom elevator cab manufacturer.
