This is a guide to elevator fixtures used in Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators.
1990s
Black buttons
Many early Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators in the 1990s were using Mitsubishi's black buttons. These fixtures have black square buttons with amber lamp. Floor indicators are digital segments.
2000s to present

Black square buttons
Some earlier Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators in the 2000s are using these black rectangular buttons with an orange illumination on the center.
Fixtures from Mitsubishi elevators
As Shanghai Mitsubishi are a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Elevator, some elevators even using fixtures from Mitsubishi, only with very little differences and they are branded as Shanghai Mitsubishi instead.
Round buttons
These are round silver buttons with orange illuminating halo.
Round white buttons
These are round white buttons with silver halo and would lights up in white on the center.
Round black buttons
These buttons are similar to the round white ones but they are black.
Square buttons
These buttons are square silver polished and would lights up in yellow when pressed.
Floor indicators and hall lanterns
Floor position indicators in Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators were based from Mitsubishi's orange LCD-based dot-matrix display. Some indicators have a slightly different LCD-based font and scrolling arrows. There are also green or yellow electro luminescent display floor indicators.
