List of IFE elevator fixtures

This is a guide to some fixtures used in IFE elevators. These fixtures are generic fixtures, most of them supplied by Shanghai STEP.

Buttons

STEP PB118

These buttons are black square with plastic lens and black frame. The plastic lens has illuminating halo which would light up in orange. It bears a close resemblance to Hitachi B95 buttons.

STEP PB26

These buttons are round metal buttons with orange illuminating halo and. They are commonly found in their newer batch elevators.

Everbright round buttons

Some IFE elevators installed in HDB blocks in Singapore and some elevators Hong Kong were using this generic fixtures for accessibility reasons.

Floor indicators

Most floor indicators used in IFE elevators are LED dot-matrix display with scrolling arrows. Most elevators installed in HDB blocks in Singapore were using Dewhurst LED text floor indicators. Some IFE elevators have an LCD display.
