Express Evans (later Express Lift Alliance and currently Express Lift Co.) is an elevator division that belongs to Otis in the United Kingdom.
History[]
Express Evans was established in 1997 when Otis bought out The Express Lift Co. Ltd. from Northampton, England. Otis used this brand to sell low-cost elevators, to keep the reputation of the Otis brand. Now, Otis sells low-cost Gen2 elevators under this name.
The Express Lift Alliance (ELA, now Express Lift Co.) was formed with a combination of several UK and Ireland based lift/elevator companies such as:
