They provide different types of the floor indicators. 7-Segmented, 16-Segmented, and LED dot-matrix floor indicators. Most of their LED dot-matrix floor indicators are higher density, to display Chinese characters and widely used by the third-party elevator maintenance companies in Hong Kong.
Voice Synthesizer[]
CES also provides different types of floor announcement unit for the accessible elevators and escalators announcement unit. By default, the supported languages includes Cantonese, Putunghua (or Mandarin) and English[1][3]. They provides three versions of the elevator floor announcement unit, the standard type, applied to Hong Kong Housing Authority, and specialized for Anlev Elex.

- From the elevator enthusiasts in Hong Kong, China, they always called the CES "Voice Synthesizer" voiceover as the "Sigma Voice", when those components mainly installed in the Sigma elevators in Hong Kong, China. However, this term was misleading as those can be installed on the elevators installed by other companies[3].
